This was excellent. I couldn’t stop reading it – I couldn’t bear to put it down at lunchtime and I read the second half all in one go!

It reminded me a lot of Douglas Coupland’s novels about the computer literate youth of America. Douglas Coupland-like and set in India – a perfect LyzzyBee book! I thought it was well written in the style of the narrator, and I thought the whole plot was handled well. Yes, it was unusual- but it was obviously a fable, and as such worked well.

Loved this so much that I have pressed it on Matt, who is about to start it. Oh, and I’ve been getting my friend Heaven-Ali excited telling her about it too!
