A slightly blurry view of the TBR, sorry – but you can see that it hasn’t increased at the end since last month, and it’s got considerably shorter, too. I extracted the BookCrossing books and one other larger one from the shelf to take on my recent holiday, and got those read, and didn’t acquire many more. So it’s all looking quite healthy, and if I get a move on, I should have only one shelf by this time month.

Coming up, I am in the middle of “Miss Buncle Married”,  a Persephone by D. E. Stevenson, and the virtual history book (alternative / counterhistories) pictured here, and then I have a nice big chunk of travel writing, as well as a lovely hardback Virago and a paperback one if I get to it.

More reviews of last month’s books to come …
